Initial evening lighting review at Estancia Mall, situated within the Capitol Commons estate in Pasig City.
Our scope covers the main entrance facade, canopy structure, drop-off lounge, and surrounding exterior landscape accent lighting.
At the main drop-off, warm cove lighting outlines the circular canopy ceiling to create a welcoming entrance halo, while directional spotlights below highlight the warm stone masonry walls. Linear wall-washer fixtures—featuring 24V Warm White Neon Strip Lights—run seamlessly along the soffits and lower perimeter, balancing the high-contrast illuminated channel letters of the primary signage above.
Final aiming, color temperature balance, and control scene adjustments are currently underway. We will share the finished night views once all fixtures and scenes are fully tuned.
