Dear Valued Client,
We would like to formally inform you that we are no longer affiliated with Sivtra’s Events Management Services.
Our last confirmed booking with Sivtra’s Events Management Services was on December 21, 2025. As of 2026, we do not have any confirmed or secured bookings through them. Should they include our services in any package offered to you, please be advised that we were not officially booked, as they declined to provide the required down payment to secure your booking with us.
We have decided to discontinue any partnership or business relationship with Sivtra’s Events Management Services due to repeated issues that do not align with our business values and professional standards. These include their refusal to provide down payments to secure bookings, allowing cancellations at any time, and their failure to honor agreed-upon cancellation fees. In several instances, cancellations were misrepresented as “rescheduling,” even when the original date had already been reassigned to another client.
For these reasons, we no longer wish to be associated or partnered with Sivtra’s Events Management Services moving forward.
