Out of all budget guitars i've setup. This takes the cakešŸ¤˜

Very easy to set up, to intonate, to fix relief and the best of all, it feels good to the hands. Everything is lined up well. Only needed a new upgraded bridge and tuning machines if you bought it out of the box

This is a Jcraft LTX tele (i am not affiliated/paid to say this)
I think this batch is the best one they put out yet.

Note that the customer upgraded these things to make it feel way better than when it came out:
- wooden k***s
- upgraded bridge
- upgraded legit EMG pickups (i installed it before)
- string trees

I cannot guarantee if youll get the same quality with newer batches if they come out. But give these guitars a shot compared to those Global, fernando davis guitars. Totally worth it.

Fender Strat USA!

Set up specifically to customer's specification.
Customer wanted Carl Verheyen-like trem setup specification. The info they sent me is a set up with a 6 point trem. Had to do a lot of trial and error to make it happen with a 2 point.

Really had to think out of the box and break off "setup norms" and base the setup with physics and the basics of how the tension works with the strings VS the springs at the back. And not to mention the geometry needed for the bridge to sit at to achieve specific notes when pulling the trem. Also compensated the radius to 12" despite the fretboard having a 9.5" radius for the feel with no choking while bending the strings

Customer is happy so i am happy with it as well

while nearing the shop's end, i'll release a new shop operating schedule since our priorities are shifting. but that doesnt mean that we wont put out good quality service despite the shorter shop operating schedule.

this new schedule balances out my work/life balance while being able to serve those who wants bespoke services.

these are the new timeline for our services as they are now quicker without cutting corners.

basic setup: within the day/ *a day (may be released within the day if it is brought before 1pm)

prestige setup: within the day/ *a day (may be released within the day if it is brought before 1pm)

full setup: *a day max

full setup with shielding work: *a day max

Thank you guys for the support despite the downsizing, new sched and for the newer way i operate.

*a day means saturday to sunday, if guitar is dropped off on sunday, it may be possible that it would be released next saturday.

This guitar has been "set up" by someone before, but they just lowered it and didnt pay attention to details like this.

Customer complains that there's no sound on the 6th string and most of the strings are imbalanced in terms of output volume. A single mm will pretty much contribute to it since the piezo and the saddle needs proper contact to transmit the string's vibration properly.

Also, we've tackled the frets, the binding and flipped the wires of one of the pickups since theyre out of phase.

It may have black paint on the cavity but theyre not conductive, why did they bother painting it at allšŸ¤·

its inevitable but thats life. I'm glad i got to service so many guitars.

i think i've met people from all the walks of life, beginners scraping by just to try out guitars, parents supporting their kids, students saving up to chase their dream, collectors with the rarest and expensive guitars, indie and mainstream artists who needed a reliable tech, and even some bad apples with ill intent and all to troll and take advantage, i've met them all.

i got to see the ins and outs of this industry and its boom way back when only a few pages are up and advertising for guitar services.

fixing and setting up guitars took up a huge chunk of my life. its time to move on and pursue what ive wanted ever since 2006, though it may not be directly it since i've wanted to be a race car driver but itll be in the same industry since i'll be an auto mechanic and who knows, i might be working in motorsports in the near future.

i do not regret or hate every moments, challenges and success i've dealt with. all of those made me grew stronger, wiser and better in my craft. and i gotta thank you guys for it!

I never knew that my shop would be blessed by Makoto Nick Sugimoto 's guitars. I only followed them and looked at them in my personal account, didnt expect someone would actually bring it in here!

All the proportions, the craftsmanship, it feels subtle yet once you hold it and look at the guitar, you'll see that there isnt a single flaw.

Fret works and setup are perfect, customer just wanted some wiring work done. It is also my first time seeing a super switch in a completely form factor.
