However, when reading a book, your brain has to imagine and create the majority of the details, and this practice strengthens and sharpens it. Your ability to imagine things increases when you read stories in books or watch stories on television.

After your working day, take a moment to improve your brain function before going to bed by watching your favorite movie or reading a chapter of your favorite book.🤗
