Shields, the Academic Director of Coder Factory Academy in Australia, offered Cabututan a six-month scholarship worth ₱220,000 at Vivixx Technical Academy in Baguio. The program focused on software development and business entrepreneurship. Cabututan embraced this opportunity, immersing himself in the world of coding. During his training, he developed the "Taxi Coder Tour Guide" app, designed to help tourists navigate Baguio City more efficiently.
