Grail Bins PH, Sucat, Muntinlupa (2026)

09/10/2026

🚨October Auctions Update!

Our auctions will resume on October 15! I’m currently out of town, so thank you so much for your patience and understanding, everyone.

Happy bidding! 😁

07/10/2026

🚨ALL ITEMS FROM THE OCTOBER AUCTIONS MUST BE SHIPPED OUT BY OCTOBER 24.

I’ll be out of the country during the last week of October, so I don’t want to leave any pending transactions before I leave. 🙇🏻🙏🏻

Auction Rules:
1. FINAL CALL starts at October 9, 8pm
2. END OF AUCTION is when I post "Sold to *winner*"

House Rules:
1. NO HOLDS!
• The starting bid is just ₱1,000 for graded comics, while everything else starts at only ₱100. The starting bids are intentionally low so we can move these items instead of having them sold but left sitting in storage. This also helps free up space for the next batch of consignment auctions.

2. PAYMENT
• All items must be paid within 48 HOURS after each auction.
• Payment options: BPI, BDO, EastWest, Chinabank, or GCash (until GCash limits).

3. SHIPPING ONLY!
Shipping dates:
•October 23 for LBC
•October 24 for Grab/Lalamove from Sucat
•October 24 onwards for my Personal Rider
Note: Our personal rider may or may not be available this month, so please always be prepared to use LBC or Grab/Lalamove as an alternative.

📍I’m based in Tanauan, Batangas.

Shipping options:
LBC, Lalamove/Grab, or thru my personal rider ONLY!

✅ LBC (Recommended)
• COP / Branch Pick-up (starts at ₱175 per box, up to 2.5 kg)
• COD for door-to-door (starts at ₱235 per box, up to 2.5 kg)

Depending on my schedule and availability, if you can't wait for our end of month shipping schedule and would like your books shipped via LBC immediately, we can arrange this for an additional ₱200.

Please let us know in advance if you'd like to add insurance to your package. The insurance fee is ₱10 for every ₱1,000 of declared value, up to a maximum declared value of ₱10,000 per package.

✅ LALAMOVE / GRAB
Pin:
• Fordham Tower at Eastbay Residences (no definite date)
• You may also book Lalamove/Grab ANYTIME directly from my house in Tanauan, Batangas
(NO OTHER PIN)

✅PERSONAL RIDER
• Delivery fee starts at ₱170–₱300 within Metro Manila, depending on the distance from his location in Potrero, Malabon.
• For areas outside Metro Manila (Going North), please send me a PM so I can coordinate with him regarding the delivery fee.
• All packages will be turned over to our Metro Manila office by the end of the month. The rider will then coordinate directly with you regarding the delivery schedule.

⚠️SHIPPING LIABILITY
We will package your books securely.
However, once the package has been handed over to the courier or our personal rider, Grail Bins PH will not be held liable for items that are lost, misplaced, or damaged during transit.

4. NO REFUNDS
• Since these books are consigned, if you're very particular about book condition, please feel free to send me a PM and I'll provide HD photos. Facebook reduces photo quality when images are uploaded.
• Grading is subjective. I can’t thoroughly inspect hundreds (and sometimes more than a thousand) books each month to determine the exact condition of every single one. Please don’t rely solely on the condition I’ve listed. Feel free to request additional photos, especially for high-end books.

5. USING DUMMY ACCOUNTS
We understand that some clients value their privacy and may use dummy, alternate, or “buying” accounts. We allow this. However, before placing a bid, please send me a message using your MAIN account. This helps prevent disruptions and ensures a fair experience for everyone.
