To Our Valued Customers,

Both locations of Thread Magic Embroidery shop have been submerged in floodwaters due to typhoon Kristine. Despite our efforts to protect the garments and materials, the water rose rapidly and covered the ground floors of both locations, which had never happened before. Unfortunately, we will not be able to continue with business for a while as we need to wait for a mechanic and electrician, which might take months. We will process refunds and return all garments and materials once we have access to them. Currently, our phones are running out of batteries and even our generators cannot be used. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this challenging time.
