Bawat masarap na tsokolate ay dumaraan sa masusing proseso. Isa na rito ang winnowing, kung saan maingat na inihihiwalay ang balat ng kakaw sa mahahalagang cacao nibs—ang puso ng tunay at de-kalidad na tsokolate.

Sa ChocoButiog, ipinagmamalaki naming gamitin ang tradisyunal na proseso ng paggawa ng tsokolate, mula sa inaning kakaw hanggang sa produktong inyong natitikman.
