PRE-ORDERS / BACK-ORDERS

1. We require full payment upfront for pre-orders and back-orders.
2. Orders can't be cancelled once placed, as payments cover import costs, storage, and reselling fees.
3. If you overpay, we'll issue store credits for future purchases, valid for 60 days. SPECIAL ORDERS (HUNT SERVICE)

1. To place a special order, please provide:

a. Detailed item description
b. B

ox or packaging cover
c. Quantity needed

We'll provide a price quote within 48 hours if the item is available.

2. A 50-75% downpayment is required, with the balance due within 2 weeks of item arrival. Late payments may incur a 20% deduction per day.

3. If you don't claim your item within 30 days of arrival notice, your downpayment may be forfeited. We reserve the right to update these terms without notice.
