We’re hiring a Marketing Strategist to lead campaigns, optimize funnels, and drive real growth for Maple & Finn Fragrances — one of the fastest-growing brands under Lao Golden Legacies Group Inc.

This is a full-time role designed for someone who’s excited to manage marketing campaigns, work with data, and help scale a brand that’s expanding fast. You’ll collaborate directly with the CEO and work alongside a small, focused team where your ideas and results truly matter.

🎯 What You’ll Do:
✅ Design and lead innovative campaigns — hooks, visuals, and testing ideas
✅ Manage and optimize paid ads (FB, TikTok, IG)
✅ Track CPL, conversion rates, and lead flow
✅ Submit weekly KPI reports with insights and suggestions
