- for face use once in a week ( leave it for a 1 minute only)
- for body use it 3-4 times a week( leave it for 3 mins.)

- Use moisturizer soap like Dove.
- Use lotion ( abonne tomato lotion & any lotion with higher spf)
- avoid direct contact to sun.
