📢 Job Opening: Sales Clerk
Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual? Do you excel at managing orders, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring smooth delivery processes? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are currently seeking a skilled Sales Clerk to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for order-taking activities by processing in the POS.
2. Prepare Sales Invoice/Delivery receipt and Collection receipt.
3. Pick and pack the orders of the customers.
4. Perform checking of the order and delivery of items placed by customers.
5. Check the delivery of the items from the supplier prior to receiving them.
6. Monitors and check the movement of the items in the POS if reaches below the stock level quantity
7. Maintain the orderliness and cleanliness of the items in the store/warehouse.
8. Prepare the stock transfer and stock requisition form for the items.
9. Perform other duties as may be directed by the Supervisor.
Other Duties:
1. Look for RFQ/BIDDING opportunities in the PHILGEPS.
2. Coordinate with the suppliers the availability and schedule of the delivery of the items being
ordered.
3. Prepare PO for orders to suppliers.
Requirements:
- At least college level.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge in POS systems is preferred but not required.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain a neat and organized work area.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
