📌 Position: Management Trainee – Sales

Key Responsibilities:

✅Learn and understand the company's products, services, and sales processes. Assist in achieving sales targets and business objectives.
✅Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
✅Prepare sales reports and monitor customer accounts.
✅Collaborate with different departments to deliver excellent customer service.
✅Participate in training, coaching, and leadership development programs.
✅Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.
✅Observing and learning from experienced Sellers/Salesman and Sales Supervisors via fieldwork.
✅Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and sales processes.
✅Taking detailed notes with Managers, Supervisors, and other senior sellers.
✅Fulfilling any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the traineeship.
