Another commercial waterproofing project successfully completed by Northpeak Waterproofing.

This project involved the complete restoration and waterproofing of the building’s roof systems using premium water-based polyurethane technology.

Scope of Works:
• Roof Deck – Water-Based Polyurethane Waterproofing System
• Metal Roof – Ceramic Water-Based Polyurethane Coating System

The project included thorough surface preparation, substrate repairs, crack treatment, and the proper installation of the specified waterproofing systems to ensure long-term protection against water intrusion and weathering.

The before-and-after photos highlight the transformation from an aged and deteriorated roof surface to a clean, seamless, and fully protected waterproofing system designed to extend the service life of the structure.

This commercial waterproofing project in BF Homes, Parañaque demanded more than just applying a new membrane—it required doing the job right from the ground up.

We completely removed the existing torch-on membrane, ground the surface to bare concrete, meticulously repaired every identified crack, installed angle fillets at all cove joints, and applied a premium PU2K solvent-based polyurethane waterproofing system. Despite unpredictable weather, our team maintained strict quality standards every step of the way.
