Grand Line Medical Equipment Corporation continues to invest in the professional growth and development of its leaders through STRAMA Management Training, designed to strengthen management knowledge, leadership capabilities, and strategic thinking.
The training session was facilitated by Maria Lourdjean Ocampo Carbajal, MBA, General Manager of Variance Trading Corporation, who shared her valuable knowledge, experience, and insights with the GMEC Managers and Leaders throughout the session.
The session provided an opportunity for our management team to gain new perspectives, engage in meaningful discussions, and further enhance the skills needed to effectively lead teams and support organizational growth.
