WHO WOULD HAVE THOUGHT WE’D GET HERE?
Noon, sarili ko lang ang iniisip ko.
How do I earn more?
How do I grow?
How do I survive?
Ngayon, may mga pangarap na akong hindi lang akin.
May mga taong umaasa.
May mga pamilyang umaasa sa kanilang trabaho.
May mga taong gustong matuto, umunlad, at magkaroon ng mas magandang buhay.
And somewhere along the way, I realized…
Leadership is not just having the power to give someone a salary. It is having the responsibility to give them a reason to keep going.
Oo, may power akong magpasweldo. 😂
Pero may mas malaking responsibility pala kaysa doon—
ang alagaan ang culture, ang motivation, at ang growth ng mga taong sumasabay sa pangarap ko.
