And our fredback? As it should.
Dry brushing should feel firm but gentle. Since the brush will do most of the work, your job is to control the consistency of the pressure and manage the upward direction of each strokes.

The level of pressure is the same as what you’d apply to rub lotion into your skin. Firm but gentle!

The single most important rule of dry brushing is that the strokes should be upward, toward the heart.
