I am honored to share the of Mommy Lan Perez, mom of three, founder of Mother Nurture, breastfeeding advocate, and breast cancer warrior.

She shared how she was as a Bagong Nanay, and about slowing down - how new moms should not complicate breastfeeding and how every mom should not take their bodies for granted.

"After my diagnosis, pwede pala na ako muna. Nung inuna ko yung sarili ko, hindi naman pala masama," Mommy Lan said.
