New Philippine Coffee Available ๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ญ

After the NLCQC, I had the opportunity to visit Ms. Shirley Palao-ay and the Tuba Benguet Coffee Growers Association.

It was an insightful visit as they shared more about their farm, practices, and future plans! What blew my mind was finding out that peaberries were being hand picked one by one and sorted out ๐Ÿคฏ

With that I had to take a few kg back. This coffee has a comforting sweet malic profile with hints of berries, a mild citrusy acidity, and a sweet brown sugar finish.
