You probably know someone like this.
Someone who graduated with flying colors, good grades, good credentials, and obviously smart.
And maybe you even admire that person. You look at them and think, โAng talino nito. This person can really go far.โ
And maybe they will.
Pero pagdating sa real world, iba ang usapan.
Being academically smart is a good thing.
It gives you knowledge and advantages. It teaches you discipline.
Pero sa totoong buhay, walang professor na magsasabi kung tama yung next move mo.
You have to find a job, sell yourself, make decisions, handle rejection, and figure things out as you go.
And that's where you realize, hindi lahat ng bagay may tamang sagot.
Sometimes, you just have to try.
And I've seen this happen a lot.
May mga matatalino talaga na nauubos ang oras sa kakaisip.
They analyze every possibility because they want to make the perfect move, they want to get it right, and make sure everything is okay before they finally act.
Until eventually, they're not preparing anymore. They're just waiting to feel SURE.
โKailangan okay muna 'to bago ako kumilos.โ
Pero, let's be honest.
Sometimes, you're not really looking for the right decision. You're looking for a decision with no risk.
And that decision doesn't exist.
If you look at people who are actually making progress and are successful, you'll notice something.
Hindi naman sila palaging pinakamatalino.
Some of them simply started. They made mistakes, learned, adjusted, and kept growing.
They didn't become great BEFORE they started.
They became GREAT because THEY STARTED.
And that's one thing life will teach you.
You will never know everything. Kahit gaano ka katalino, may mga bagay na matututunan mo lang the hard way.
And that's okay.
Pero huwag mong gawing dahilan ang learning process para hindi kumilos at ma-delay.
Dahil darating yung point na enough na ang information at preparation mo.
You already know what you need to do.
And the only thing that is missing?
THE COURAGE TO START.
Kaya kung may matagal ka nang gustong gawin, then TRY IT.
Kahit hindi perfect o sure.
Kahit natatakot ka sa umpisa.
Because sometimes, the person who gets ahead isn't the one who knew the most. It's the one who was willing to execute while everyone else was still thinking.
You might never regret making a mistake.
But you might regret never trying in the first place.
