Recently someone posted us negatively against our page though this customer never place an order to our page and yet accusing us a SCAM by not only sending the video she requested, we tried to send the video but unfortunately it takes minutes/hours before it send to her, so in order to fulfil her request, we sent the link of our page and all the previous reviews by our customer, accused us that the link that we sent is a scam or hack link, we understand that you are afraid. but posting negatively without evidence is not appropriate. We tried to cooperate and take down the post that she posted, but she blocked us right away.

We are grateful to all our customers who take the time to post honest reviews. We welcome constructive feedback, but this Gepolongca Lang-Lang was never our customer, and I strongly disagree with the criticism she raised. We will not tolerate this and will take legal action about it.

I thank all of our customers for their support. We value your feedback, and we are committed to providing the best possible experience to our customers.
