HEY SISTERS!
This month's goals go beyond merely increasing awareness; they also include building a sense of support and community for individuals who might be going through difficult times in silence.
Let's use this chance to remind one another and ourselves that nobody has to fight a struggle alone.
Never forget that it's acceptable to need assistance and to not feel okay. Nobody ought should have to fight their struggles alone. Be aware that there are individuals who genuinely care about you, regardless of whether you're struggling with hopelessness or simply need someone to talk to.
You are loved.
You are valued.
You matter.
You are enough.
You are worth fighting for.
And your life is worth fighting for.
You can always find someone to talk to who will listen. Your life counts because you are important.
