If you love Samyang Buldak Carbonara, this technique turns your instant noodles into a rich, restaurant-style ramen bowl in under 10 minutes.

Ingredients
* 1 pack Samyang Buldak Carbonara Ramen (sauce & powder packets included)
* 1 Raw Egg Yolk (plus a soft-boiled egg for topping)
* 1 tbsp Kewpie Mayonnaise
* Boiling water (from cooking the noodles)
* Optional Toppings: Pan-fried gyoza, sliced chashu pork, chili oil, fresh cilantro, soft-boiled egg halves, and seaweed (nori).

Step-by-Step Method

* Build the Sauce Base: In a serving bowl, combine the Buldak sauce packet, cheese powder packet, 1 tbsp Kewpie mayonnaise, and 1 raw egg yolk.
* Cook the Noodles: Boil the instant ramen noodles in water until cooked through.
* Emulsify the Broth: Pour a ladle of hot noodle water directly into your sauce base and whisk vigorously with chopsticks until smooth and creamy.
