MDP Ventures Phil Inc., the exclusive distributor of TOCOMA of Total Colon Management in the Philippines, does not acknowledge or authorize the sale and promotion of TOCOMA in shopping sites such as Lazada, Shopee or any similar online marketplace websites. Furthermore, MDP Ventures Phil Inc. does not acknowledge the selling of TOCOMA in any store, stalls or drugstores. Individuals or groups selling in the said websites, stores, stalls or drug stores are not authorized dealers and their products are not verifiable at the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
We only allow our marketing partners to sell TOCOMA on their official pages. TOCOMA orders are delivered directly to the clients via the MDP Ventures Phil Inc. Cash on Delivery system or clients may drop by any of the MDP Ventures Phil Inc. branches nationwide.
Each authorized marketing partner has an account registered with MDP Ventures Phil Inc., which is authenticated by a registered unique ID number and name. Clients may ask any Facebook seller, On-line Blogger and eCommerce operator to present their official sellers ID and send the information to [email protected] for verification.
Under the law, selling or offering for sale, adulterated, misbranded or unauthorized copies of registered health products is a punishable offense by imprisonment from 1 to 10 years, or a fine of P50,000 to P500,000 or both under R.A. 3720 as amended by R.A. 9711.
Unauthorized use of registered trademarks or copies of registered trademarks is also a punishable offense by imprisonment from 2 to 5 years and a fine of P50,000 to P200,00 under R.A. 8923.
