Unstoppable Infinite Dinosaurs Break The Game

The Combo: Polyraptor + Marauding Raptor

To set up this prehistoric paradox, you need Marauding Raptor already on the battlefield and enough mana to cast Polyraptor. Thanks to the cost reduction from Marauding Raptor, you only need to pay seven mana total to cast your colossal threat. You should also ideally have a third combo piece ready on the board, like a damage dealing enchantment or an instant speed removal spell, unless your actual goal is to force the entire game into a complete standstill.

The chaos kicks off the exact moment Polyraptor enters the battlefield. Marauding Raptor triggers automatically, dealing 2 damage to your newly cast Polyraptor. Since Polyraptor has a toughness of 5, it survives the hit, which triggers its Enrage ability to create a token copy of itself. That new token entering the battlefield triggers Marauding Raptor again, dealing 2 damage to the token, triggering Enrage again, and instantly locking the board into an infinite cycle of spawning dinosaurs.

Because neither card contains an optional clause to stop the triggers, this creates an unstoppable infinite loop that breaks the game rules engine, resulting in an automatic draw. However, you can easily turn this forced tie into an instant win by having a card like Impact Tremors or Terror of the Peaks out to deal lethal damage to your opponents as the tokens flood in, or by using a sacrifice outlet to break the loop once you have enough raptors. It is undeniably one of the most hilarious and unexpected ways to end a match of Magic.

Win With Infinite Port Razer Combats

The Combo: Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker + Port Razer

To pull off this game ending loop, you need both Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker and Port Razer on the battlefield under your control. Kiki-Jiki must be able to tap to use his activated ability, which is immediate since he naturally has haste. You also need at least one opponent who is unable to block, ensuring that the tokens can successfully deal combat damage to them.

Start by tapping Kiki-Jiki to create a token copy of Port Razer. Move to your combat phase and attack the vulnerable opponent with the newly minted Port Razer token. When the token deals combat damage to that player, its ability triggers, untapping all creatures you control and granting you an additional combat phase. During the beginning of combat step of your new extra combat phase, tap the newly untapped Kiki-Jiki to create a brand new Port Razer token. Because this new token is a completely separate object, it bypasses the restriction of not attacking a player it has already attacked, allowing you to swing in again and repeat the process.

This loop results in infinite combat phases, infinite attacking Port Razer tokens, and infinite combat damage, ensuring a swift victory. You also generate infinite enter the battlefield triggers and infinite untap triggers for all your creatures. It is a highly aggressive red win condition that perfectly showcases how powerful token copies can be.

Did You Know This Unexpected Deck Won the SEA Championship?

The Southeast Asian Championship in Bangkok Thailand saw 150 of the finest competitors in the region clash in a high stakes Standard format. Popular heavyweights like Mono Green and Izzet Prowess flooded the field but failed to achieve the breakout success many expected. Instead the tournament became a brilliant display of innovation with unexpected wildcard strategies. Rogue choices like the Golgari Reanimator list from Paul Gabat and the 61 card Grixis special from Marco Philip Serafica completely disrupted the established metagame.

Emerging on top of this unpredictable field on March 14, 2026 was Richmond Tan who stunned the competition with a breakout deck known as Izzet Spellementals. Tan put on a masterclass in resilience by fighting through a difficult Top 8 where every single match went to a full three games. In the final match he defeated runner up Mark Lawrence Tubola and his Dimir Excruciator list to secure the title of champion and a direct invite to the World Championship.
