1. What is iAccessories Boutique? iAccessories Boutique is an online fashion accessories shop. Its goal is to sell “Gorgeously Elegant Ladies Accessories at Very Affordable Prices.”
2. How will I purchase an item? (ORDER & PURCHASE)
Buying on iAccessories Boutique is easy and fun! All you need to do is check out the photos and albums on our FACEBOOK PAGE and look fo
r accessories that you want to purchase. Once you’re 100% SURE on what to buy, just send a PERSONAL MESSAGE or SMS/TEXT MESSAGE with the following:

Once the PAYMENT HAS BEEN POSTED and RECEIVED, we can right away process your order/s.
3. How can I pay for the item/s that I purchased? (PAYMENT METHODS)
Currently the payment methods that we accept are money transfer through LBC, CEBUANA and WESTERN UNION. However, we are also working on BANK DEPOSITS and G-CASH for faster transactions in the future. We also accept payment through MEET UPS (see FAQ # 4)
4. How will I receive my items? (DELIVERY)
First of all, it is the BUYER who will shoulder the SHIPPING COST. Currently, we have two options:
First is DOOR-TO-DOOR DELIVERY through JAM GLOBAL EXPRESS. JAM GLOBAL EXPRESS is a reliable and cost-effective courier nowadays. SHIPPING AND HANDLING WILL BE 2 – 3 DAYS AFTER PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED. Order processing is from 7am – 2pm MON to FRI; orders beyond 2:00 pm will be processed that next day. WEEKEND orders will be processed MONDAY. Second is through MEET UPS. We have two designated areas: TOMAS MORATO AVE and CUBAO areas only. This will be BY SCHEDULE; and a certain buyer should have at least a minimum purchase of 250.00 php (for meet-ups only). Finally, WE ALWAYS ENSURE THE QUALITY of our items. In this manner WE DON’T ACCEPT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES.
5. I want the item but I don’t have money yet. What will I do? (RESERVATIONS)
Here at iAccessories Boutique we accept item reservations. All you need to do is to send a PERSONAL MESSAGE or an SMS/TEXT MESSAGE and indicate the ITEM CODE and a note that you want to RESERVE a particular item. Don’t forget to include the DATE of PURCHASE. Reservations will last for 72 hours (3 days) after which the item/s will be available again for purchase.
6. I want an item but it was purchased already. (BACK ORDERS)
We also entertain BACK ORDERS (orders for items which are currently not available). BACK ORDERS will be processed within 7 – 10 business days DEPENDING ON THE ITEMS’ AVAILABILITY. Notifications will be sent right away to customers that have back orders regarding items’ availability. HAPPY SHOPPING!
