tment. We guarantee you that these tattoos are as much addictive as the real one. HOW TO APPLY THE SKIN CITY TEMPORARY TATTOO:

Remove clear sheet and place the tattoo face down on skin. Wet the back with a sponge. After 10-20 seconds, gently remove the backing paper. Rinse image with water for best effect. To remove - dab tattoo with rubbing alcohol, nail polish remover or baby oil. Wait for 10 seconds, the rub gently and repeatedly with more rubbing alcohol or oil until removed. HOW TO ORDER:
