Please be guided by the following terms and conditions in reserving/ordering/purchasing books from our online bookstore:
~ Each photo of a book put up for sale includes an indication of the book’s price, format, and condition.
~ Comment “mine,” “save,” or “next” on the photos of the books you wish to reserve.
~ For each photo, the book is reserved for the first person with a valid comment.
~ R
eservations are valid for five (5) days from the date of invoicing, meaning payment for the reserved items plus shipping fee — for which you will be duly invoiced via PM — must be made within that period.
~ If you are unable to honor the reservation period, you are liable to forfeit your claim on the items, in which case they will be reserved to the persons next in line in the comment threads. In addition, you run the risk of being banned from Chapter Twelve.
~ Payment may be made through Metrobank deposit. The details of the Metrobank account to which you must deposit your amount due will be sent along with your invoice via PM. Send your proof of payment (preferably a photo of the deposit slip for over the counter transaction) to confirm your purchase.
~ Similar rules above apply to our other forms of payment: Western Union Money Transfer, Cebuana Lhuillier Pera Padala, and M Lhuillier Kwarta Padala.
~ Meetups at Eastwood City Cyberpark, UP Town Center, MRT Cubao Station, and LRT Katipunan Station ONLY. Handling fee is ₱30.
~ The shipping fee for each order starts at ₱120 for Metro Manila and ₱150 for provincial destinations. Shipments are sent out every Monday (for orders with payments confirmed on the previous Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) and Thursday (for orders with payments confirmed on the previous Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday). You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
