The sheer, hand-shaped layers ripple around the silhouette like painterly brushstrokes, while the sculpted piña front panel adds structure and refinement. Together, these heritage fabrics celebrate the beauty of Filipino craftsmanship through contemporary couture, balancing lightness, volume, and elegance.

Inspired by the works of Juvenal Sansó, this piece brings together shibori, a sculptural smocked piña cocoon, and a Yakan bib. reimagining Filipino textiles through a contemporary lens. Every texture, fold, and weave pays homage to Sansó’s poetic artistry while celebrating the richness of Philippine craftsmanship.
