GOLD IS WORTH TO INVEST
Hello sir chinkee, I just wanna share some tips to your readers to help them decide if investing in gold is really for them.
Hindi ba talaga bumababa ang presyo ng ginto?
Hindi po bumababa ang presyo ng ginto. Laging pataas ang trend ng price nito, nag fflactuate lang in short period pero in the long run pataas talaga ang presyo.
Worth it ba mag-invest sa gold?
Depende po yan, dapat pag mag-iinvest ka sa gold make sure na extra money mo lang ang ipangbibili mo dito. Bakit extra money? Dahil ang reason mo ay "investment". Your goal should be to hold it for long years, or miminum of atleast 5 years bago ka kumita. Unless, you buy gold to resell, by that hindi mo na kailangan i keep ang gold mo ng matagal dahil business naman ang main objective mo.
Kelan ako malulugi pag nag-invest ako sa gold?
Malulugi ka kung maisasangla mo ito agad within 5 yrs. dahil mababa ang appraised value neto compare sa presyo ng binili mo ito. Idagdag mo pa dito yung interest ng pawnshops.
Bakit sabi ng iba mataas na yung sangla nila ng alahas nila kumpara sa presyo ng bili nila?
Ito ay dahil matagal na nilang nabili ang mga ito. Usually, it takes 5 years bago mo masangla ng parehas o higit pa sa presyo ng pagkakabili mo. Kung halos kakabili mo lng ito at sinangla mo' expect mo na, na lugi ka agad.
E paano po yun, plano ko talaga kasi sya isangla pag nagipit ako?
Then investing in gold is not for you. Your main goal is to have an "emergency fund". Try to consider other investment options like Insurance, mas ok sya if emergency fund ang goal.
Paano ko po malalaman if ready na ko mag-invest sa gold?
Check your funds in the bank, if sobra sobra at wala ka pang paglalagyan na business in the next 5 years, mas ok na ibili mo muna ito ng ginto dahil kakainin lang ng inflation ang value ng pera mo sa bangko.
You mean against inflation ang pag-invest sa ginto?
Golds are often seen as a hedge against inflation because they preserve their value for long periods of time. If you bought gold today, mataas na ang price nito after a certain years. Imagine if I have 340 grams of gold as of today and nag iincrease ang market price ng 100 pesos every 6 months. 340 grams x 100 = 34,000 , meaning tumaas ng 34,000 ang investment ko sa gold every increase ng 100 pesos ang market price nito. What more if I keep it for 10 years, baka doble na yung presyo nito.
Anong po ang mas ok, mag invest sa real estate or sa gold?
Depende po yan. Magkaiba po sila, sa Real Estate mas mabilis kang kikita dahil you have options na kumita agad pero you need a big capital and mas risky sya. Sa ginto, hindi. Natutulog po ang pera sa ginto kaya sya tinawag safe investment. Again, unless you are a retailer ( buy & sell) hindi matutulog ang pera mo.
Dapat po ba mag-invest sa mga mabibigat na timbang?
Depende pa din po. Kung gusto mo lang magsuot ng gold to look better (pamporma) ok lang to invest in light weight. Maibebenta mo pa din ng mahal yan after ilang years. Ayun ang sinasabi nilang "Gold is an investment you can wear" dba sinuot mo na kikita ka pa.
But if you really wanted to invest a lot of money in gold bilhin mo yung mga mabigigat. Go for japan gold, my favorite ๐ฅฐ๐. Mas mabigat mas malaki ang balik pag nahold mo ito ng matagal.
