Hello everyone, just stepping outside my usual type of posts to share something personal

For the past several years, my home has been hit by increasingly severe yearly flooding, to the point where most of my studio materials stay packed away for most of the year just to stay safe and dry. In fact, we're bracing for another round of monsoon rain this weekend, with more forecast into next week, so this is still very much an ongoing thing. :( It's really taken a real toll on my ability to create and work at full capacity.

I've found a place to relocate to in a flood-free area, and I've started a fundraiser to help make the move possible. I've actually been working towards that but this year has not been the greatest financially, so far. Every share and every donation, no matter the size, brings this closer to real. If you've ever enjoyed the Vanessa Tarot or Tarot de Maria Celia, or any of my indie creations, I'd be so grateful if you'd consider checking it out. Even sharing it to others also helps a lot too!

An ode to 90s MTV aesthetic

Sharing our latest creative project which will launch on Kickstarter:

Tarot of Lucent Echoes began as a tribute to the MTV era that shaped our formative years. While we were creating it, without our knowing, MTV quietly aired its final broadcast on the last day of 2025. That shifted the heart of this project, and now this project has become an even more poignant piece of history for us.

The artwork draws from the aesthetic of 90s music videos, where saturated color, drifting focus, and striking settings carried a raw mix of youthful angst and fragile hope - the emotional current of that time.

Each card also features a thoughtful philosophical quote related to the card meaning as part of the artwork, rendered in the aesthetic of those times through a Dymo label-inspired font.

Launching with the tarot deck are four companion oracle decks we have crafted, three which feature in-house developed systems by our studio - a testament to our studio's drive for creative experimentation, be it in the arts, or in lore thought-experiments.

NINE PALACES VISITATIONS ORACLE
A system developed in-house which we call Wǔ Yóu Jiǔ Gōng, this oracle integrates the ancient Luo Shu Square of Chinese tradition to navigate the flow of energy and destiny.

ORACLE OF THE CELESTIAL SPHERES
Drawing from ancient Islamic cosmology, this original oracle system which we call Almalfalach, explores the Nine Celestial Spheres to offer guidance from the heavens.

LUCENT ECHOES PLAYING CARD ORACLE
Our playing card system synthesizing traditional playing card reading techniques into a modern, cohesive method for clarity and insight.

LUCENT ECHOES LENORMAND (WITH FREE ZODIAC ORACLE)
Classic Lenormand symbolism featuring our Lucent Echoes aesthetic. Comes with a standalone Zodiac Oracle which can also be used together with the Lenormand deck.
