Artistic Bamboo Crafts and Design by QYA Quirinian Youth in-Action is a community-based youth organization Moreover, it promotes sustainable use of local resources available in the community.

Artistic Bamboo Crafts and Designs (ABCD) focused on bamboo making products such as bamboo coin banks, lampshades, table lamps chandeliers, souvenirs and bamboo furniture. f Quirino, Isabela and the Department of Trade and Industry had given a chance and participated a trade fair for the first time; the 11th Padday na Lima, Regional Trade Fair at Festival Mall, Alabang, Muntilupa City on September 19-25, 2017. It showcased products from participating Micro Small Medium Enterprises (MSME’s) in the region where the QYA’s product was luckily adjudged as “MOST INNOVATIVE PRODUCT”. QYA underwent a series of trainings and product development in partnership with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and graduated on Kapatid Mentor Me Program on 2017 of the agency. Another innovative design made by the QYA was featured in the October 2017 Manila Fame at the World Trade Center, Pasay City. With much enthusiasm and dedication, the DTI approved grants for the organization the Shared Service Facility for Bamboo processing equipment. In effect, this made the QYA, the only youth organization in Region 2 member of the Cagayan Valley Regional Bamboo Industry Council of the DTI. With great commitment in serving the Youth, the organization was awarded as the MOST OUTSTANDING YOUTH ORGANIZATION in the Province of Isabela - Search for GAWAD Ulirang Kabataan on the December 17, 2018, at the Piazza Zicarelli, Gamu, Isabela. In July 26, 2019, QYA was recognized as one of the Most Outstanding Youth Enterprise of the Philippines on the 3rd Search for Villar SIPAG Awards Youth for Poverty Reduction Challenge in Las Pinas City, Manila for its constant dedication in poverty alleviation among youth. QYA’s Project ABCD also won as 2020 NATIONAL WINNER in the 17th Search for Ten Accomplished Youth Organization (TAYO) Awards on February 13, 2020 at the Amphitheater, GSIS Complex, Manila.
