*HOW TO DRINK GREEN BARLEY*

👉 Tandaan po yung tubig na gagamitin ay Mineral, Purified or Alkaline water lang,.

👉 Bawal po ang Distilled water or pinakulaang tubig dahil mamamatay po ang live enzymes nito,.

👉 Cold water po ang ilalagay at need po ilagay sa ref pag ka open kc po maaaring mapanis po ang Green Barley.

👉 Bawal pong inumin direct sa bote,.

👉 Gumamit ng baso or shot glass sa tuwing iinom.

👉 1 week consumable lang po ang isang bote dahil maaaring panis na ito pag lumagpas ng isang lingo

👉 Kapag wala naman po sa ref 3 days consumption lang po xa.
