Right after I posted a client’s feedback this morning, less than an hour later, I got a new inquiry… and it turned into a successful booking! 😭🙌

The best part? We’re actually Facebook friends already, but we’ve never had a conversation before (and I honestly can’t remember if we’ve met in person 😭🤧).

We've been talking consistently for over a month before their big event...

Since it was their first time holding an event at this venue, I knew they were still unsure about a lot of things. "Ilang tables and chairs ba ang kasya?" "Ano ang magiging best setup?" So I simply helped them every step of the way.

Honestly, I never wanted to be the kind of supplier who makes clients feel pressured. Yes, our policy is a 50% down payment to secure a booking, and they even asked if we could do a pencil booking first. Normally, we don't. But I understood their situation, so I chose to help first and let them decide when they were ready.

They eventually sent their down payment, and I didn't even ask them to settle the remaining balance right away since it could be paid on the event day.

Last night, I received these messages.
"Magiging regular customer niyo po ako." 🥹

We've never even met in person. They only knew Cumi Creations through social media, yet they trusted me enough to let me be part of such an important celebration.

As a small business owner, moments like this mean so much more than the payment itself. Knowing that a client felt comfortable, respected, and genuinely taken care of from our very first conversation is something I truly value.

Thank you so much for trusting Cumi Creations. I can't wait to bring your vision to life this Saturday, and I'd be honored to be part of your future celebrations too. 🫶✨

No event is too small! We happily accept minimum orders for intimate gatherings, and we can also accommodate last-hour rental requests (subject to availability).

Want to save on delivery fees?
Choose our pickup option instead!
For pickup rentals, we only require:
- 1 valid government-issued ID
- A refundable security deposit

Your security deposit will be 100% refunded once all rented items are returned complete and in good condition.
