Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Upon checking, we found that the weighing issue may be caused by the type of scale being used. The coffee beans are larger than the weighing platform of the small scale, which can result in inaccurate or inconsistent readings. We have tested this ourselves using the same type of small scale and experienced the same issue.

For a more accurate measurement, we recommend using a larger digital kitchen scale with a wider weighing platform. This allows the coffee to sit properly on the scale and provides more reliable results.
