To all our valued customers, we sincerely hope that no one will take it personally if we are unable to allow purchases on “UTANG or KULANG especially when you want to buy a v**e but are short on budget.
Please understand that our profit is only small, and the money we earn is continuously being used to restock and keep the business running. We are not refusing anyone because we don’t want to help or because we don’t value our customers. We simply have to be careful with our finances so we can continue providing products and serving everyone.
We truly understand that there are times when you really want to purchase something but your budget is not enough. However, we hope you can also understand our side. If we keep lending money or allowing unpaid balances, it can affect our small business and our ability to restock.
So please, don’t feel offended or think that we are being unfair when we say no to borrowing
