Twelve pop-ups in, and a whole year of pouring love into every cup. Happy Anniversary to Because Matcha. 🍵🤍

Last May 31, we celebrated our first anniversary—a year of matcha, memories, and the people who made it all possible.

What started as a small idea has become a space where stories are shared, friendships are formed, and moments are made a little sweeter over a cup of matcha. Through it all, the heart of Because Matcha has always been the people who continue to show up, sit with us, and sip matcha alongside us.

Grateful to everyone who has supported us from the very beginning and to those who have recently found their way to our little corner. Thank you for every cup shared, every kind word, and every moment spent with us. Your love and support have carried Because Matcha through its first year!

To our collaborators, and , thank you for celebrating this milestone with us and for sharing your creativity and warmth. We are grateful to have created this special day together. 🥪🎞️

We’re celebrating our first anniversary as a matcha pop-up bar! What a year it’s been, serving matcha to our local community, meeting so many fellow matcha enthusiasts, and even converting a few friends along the way.

As a little thank-you, we’ll be serving free pastries at our anniversary pop-up for the first 25 customers.
