Did you experience delays or non-receipt of your system-generated email confirmation when filing through the eBIRForms Package v7.9.6.1?

The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) released an advisory outlining why this happens and what steps you can take:

𝑪𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒐𝒏 𝑹𝒆𝒂𝒔𝒐𝒏𝒔 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝑵𝒐𝒏-𝑹𝒆𝒄𝒆𝒊𝒑𝒕:
Your email inbox is inactive or out of storage space.
The confirmation email went straight to your Spam or Junk folder.
Your company firewall blocks emails from [email protected].

𝑾𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒀𝒐𝒖 𝑪𝒂𝒏 𝑫𝒐:
1. Print a Screenshot: Capture and print the "Submit Successful" pop-up message. Present this as proof of filing (per RMC No. 20-2026 and Bank Bulletin No. 2026-04) alongside your printed tax return, then pay via BIR ePay facilities or Authorized Agent Banks (AABs).

𝑻𝒂𝒙𝒑𝒂𝒚𝒆𝒓𝒔 𝒘𝒉𝒐 𝒇𝒂𝒊𝒍𝒆𝒅 𝒕𝒐 𝒕𝒂𝒌𝒆 𝒔𝒂𝒊𝒅 𝒔𝒄𝒓𝒆𝒆𝒏𝒔𝒉𝒐𝒕 𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒂𝒅𝒗𝒊𝒔𝒆𝒅 𝒕𝒐 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒄𝒆𝒆𝒅 𝒕𝒐 𝒆𝒍𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒓𝒐𝒏𝒊𝒄 𝒑𝒂𝒚𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕.
