Okay, let’s clear up some confusion floating around about “270°” and “360°” awnings. 😅

First things first: the awning in the photos above is NOT a 360° awning.

Yep. We said it. 😂

It’s a 270° awning — but with a little extra party trick. 👀

Unlike the usual 270° awnings (what we call our Standard 270), this one has an additional section that folds up toward the front.

So if we do the geometry thing 📐🤓…

270° is still 270°.

It simply has more fabric / more coverage within that 270° footprint.

Now, if the awning actually continued around the front of the vehicle and completed the circle… THAT would be 360°. 🔄

Since this one is bigger than the usual 270°, we thought:

“Well… what do we call this?” 🤔

So we called it:

EXTENDED 270°

And you heard that from us first. 😉 Wink wink.

Traditionally, brands simply call these things “270°,” or give them fancy model names that dont really make sense 😅✌️✌️😂

But at least now you know the difference:

Standard 270° → 270° coverage
Extended 270° → still 270°, just… MORE of it 😎
360° → wraps all the way around.

Because apparently, awning geometry needed its own episode. 😂📐

WHY I THINK THE 2M EXTENDED IS THE SWEET SPOT.

Bigger isn’t always better—especially when you're dealing with wind, weight, and vehicle space.

The 2M Extended gives you a really good balance of compactness, usable shade, and stability.

🔹 Compact when closed.
Same 2M closed length, pero more coverage than the standard 2M.

🔹 More usable shade.
The extended arms push the coverage outward, backwards and forward, unlike sa standard na palikod lang ang ikot..giving you a much larger living area without making the awning longer when packed.

🔹 Better in the wind.
Compared to the 2.4M Extended, the 2M uses shorter arms and less fabric. That means less wind load, less flex, and less leverage on the structure. Syempre we will fix them if nasira nyo 😝 pero mas maganda kung hindi kayo maabala sa camping trip nyo dba..

🔹 Smarter than simply going bigger
Compared with the 2.4M Standard, the 2M Extended is shorter when closed while still offering comparable, if not more usable, shade.

So ganito yun:

2M Standard → compact
2.4M Standard → bigger
2.4M Extended → maximum coverage
2M Extended → the sweet spot.

Compact enough to carry.
Big enough to live under.
Strong enough to handle the outdoors.

Yun lang. Sana may natutunan kayo hehe
