A Trip to Memory Lane: Where The Hamlet Really Started
The Hamlet started small, with real people, real staff, and a lot of heart behind it.
Coming from Cebu, we simply wanted to build a space for Bohol that felt like home. A third space after a long day at work. A place to slow down, meet people, work, create, or simply be.
We wanted to make room for local makers and their creations, while exploring what a co-working space could look like beyond the usual setup. Something less conventional, more personal, and more human.
Food and drinks were never the first priority. They came later, simply as something we could provide because our villagers needed them while using the space.
At its core, OG Villagers would know this. The Hamlet was never meant to be just a café. It started with a space, a purpose, and the people who would fill it. ♡
