Starting my Saturday at Gran Verde Farm with a bowl of cacao nib granola and a boost of natural energy. 🌱🍫

Simple, nourishing, and made from the same cacao we passionately grow and champion. A good breakfast sets the tone for a good day.

Behind every cup of Liwanag is a story of land, tradition, and intention. 🌤️

Let us walk you through what makes her shine.

🍫 Cacao Husk
Rescued from what would have been waste in traditional chocolate production, cacao husk is earthy, gentle, and deeply connected to the land here in Davao. It is the grounding note that holds Liwanag together.

🫚 Dried Ginger
Ginger has been a kitchen staple and natural remedy across generations of Filipino households. Warming, grounding, and gently spicy, it brings depth and comfort to every sip.

🌾 Dried Lemongrass
Ubiquitous in Filipino cooking and traditional healing, lemongrass lifts the blend with its clean, citrusy brightness. It is the note that makes Liwanag feel alive.

Three ingredients. All local. All meaningful.
This is what we mean when we say: every product begins with respect and ends with connection.

Amihan is the wind that comes from the northeast. Cool, gentle, and full of promise.

In Filipino culture, she signals the shift in seasons. The arrival of something fresh. The quiet feeling that change, when it comes softly, can be a gift.

We named this blend after her because that is exactly what she feels like in a cup. Light. Airy. A little sweet from the mango. Refreshingly cool from the peppermint. Grounded, quietly, by cacao husk.

Amihan does not demand your attention. She simply arrives and makes everything feel a little more open, a little more alive.
Like the best kind of breeze. She comes when you need her most. 🌬️

Something lighter is on the way. 🍃

Our second blend has a different kind of energy. Breezy, refreshing, and bright. Here is a peek at what is inside:

🍫 Cacao Husk. The heart of both our blends, earthy and warm.
🌿 Peppermint. Cool and crisp, like a deep breath of fresh air.
🥭 Dried Mango. A little sunshine, a little sweetness, unmistakably tropical.

Close your eyes. Can you feel it? That light, airy feeling of a cool breeze on a warm Davao afternoon?

She has a name. And it suits her perfectly. 🌬️

Stay tuned.

She is here. And she is warm. 🌤️

Introducing Liwanag, Lilamaya’s herbal infusion that starts with what is often left behind and transforms it into something healing and whole.

🍫 Cacao Husk. Earthy and gentle, rescued from waste.
🫚 Dried Ginger. Grounding, warming, a time-honored remedy.
🌾 Dried Lemongrass. Bright, clean, and close to home.

Liwanag is a cup of comfort. A small act of sustainability. And a reminder that even the parts of nature we overlook have something beautiful to offer.

Locally sourced. Handcrafted with intention. For you.

Some names are not chosen. They arrive.

When we were crafting this blend, we kept coming back to one feeling: the kind of warmth that fills a room slowly, quietly. The way morning light does when it finds its way through a window.

Liwanag. The Filipino word for light.

Not the harsh, blinding kind. The soft, steady kind. The kind that makes you feel like things are going to be okay.

That is what we hope you feel in every cup. A gentle glow from the inside out, carried by cacao husk, ginger, and lemongrass, all grown and gathered close to home.

Because light, like nourishment, is something everyone deserves.

Liwanag. Coming soon. 🌤️
