Due to the current bad weather, delivery delays may occur as we prioritize the safety of your items and, most importantly, our riders.

Please note that once your order has been handed over to the courier, the delivery process and any delays are already beyond our control. We will do our best to dispatch all orders on time, but weather conditions and courier operations may affect delivery timelines.

We also kindly ask everyone to monitor your delivery status and make sure someone is available to receive the parcel to help avoid failed deliveries or returns, especially during this bad weather.

To ensure the best quality for your orders, please note that AI (Adobe Illustrator) files require additional time and effort from our artists to process and prepare for production. Because of this, an additional artwork processing fee will apply for orders submitted with AI design or logo files.
