KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

*E-Commerce*

- Grow the e-commerce business by improving customer experience and managing order fulfillment.

- Handle product and online selling inquiries across social media (Facebook, Viber) and platforms such as Lazada, Zalora, and Shopify (brand website).

- Monitor daily activity and performance of online stores and marketplaces.

- Ensure smooth and accurate order processing and coordination.

- Stay knowledgeable about products and provide recommendations to customers.

- Analyze campaigns and channels to improve performance and drive sales.

*Social Media*

- Develop and implement social media strategies.

- Create engaging and visually appealing content (graphics, photos, videos, captions).

- Manage and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally.

- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns.

- Perform copywriting and community engagement.

- Generate performance reports and insights.

- Conduct basic research on trends and competitors.

*QUALIFICATIONS*

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

- At least 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or social media management.

- Familiarity with platforms such as Lazada, Zalora, Shopify, Facebook, and Instagram.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail.

- Knowledge of basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is an advantage.

- Analytical skills with experience using insights/tools for performance tracking.

- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks.

- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
