JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide technical support for software, applications, and system-related concerns.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot software and IT systems.
- Assist in the implementation, maintenance, testing, and enhancement of business applications.
- Process and maintain accurate application and user data.
- Generate regular, ad-hoc, and IT-related reports.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot application issues.
- Provide technical support for **RPro (Retail Pro)** and other retail applications.
- Provide support for **Linux, CentOS, and Ubuntu** operating systems.
- Assist in software development, programming, system enhancements, and testing.
- Assist with software updates, system upgrades, and configurations.
- Maintain documentation of applications, systems, and troubleshooting activities.
- Conduct user training and knowledge transfer as needed.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for software and system-related concerns.
- Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned.

✅ QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
- With relevant experience in software support, application support, system administration, or programming.
- Knowledge or experience in **RPro (Retail Pro)** is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Linux, CentOS, and Ubuntu is an advantage.
- Knowledge of software applications, databases, system troubleshooting, and programming.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig.

✔ Review and process supplier invoices and payment requests

• Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently or in a team
