Learn how to make Homemade Sweet Chilli Sauce with this easy recipe. Perfect for dipping or drizzling over snacks, it’s spicy, tangy, and utterly delicious!
• 10 red chillies, finely chopped
• 6 cloves garlic, peeled
• 100ml white vinegar
• 2 tablespoons corn starch
• 4 pinches of salt
• 400ml water
• 200g granulated sugar
• In a blender, combine the red chillies, peeled garlic, white vinegar, salt, and water. Blend until smooth. For a spicier sauce, you can also add red chilli flakes to the blender before blending.
• Heat a pan over medium flame. Pour the blended mixture into the pan and stir well. Allow it to simmer until it begins to boil. Then, add the sugar and corn starch. Stir continuously until the sauce thickens.
• Remove the pan from the heat and let the sauce cool down. Transfer it to a clean, sterilized jar. This homemade sweet chilli sauce is ready to be used as a dip or sauce for your favorite snacks like french fries and chicken nuggets. Enjoy
