Forget the traditional turntable sitting flat on a rack.

This one is designed to stand vertically on a desk or shelf, or be mounted directly on the wall. It comes pre-adjusted with an Ortofon OM5E cartridge, built-in phono preamp and Bluetooth transmitter so you can literally put your records on the wall and send the music wirelessly to your speakers. TG’s What’s Cooking 🎶🥘

It has been a while since I last shared what’s cooking at home.

With the whole fambam on self-quarantine, I finally had some time to rummage through TG’s kitchen and shake off this pesky flu.

Found some whole chicken, brined it first, then chopped it into pieces, coated each piece with a simple mix of spices and deep-fried them until crispy.

I also found some vegetables, so I simply sautéed them together. Not quite chopsuey since I was missing a few ingredients, especially the protein but good enough for tonight’s table.

Served everything hot and fresh, hoping a good home-cooked meal gives the family a little energy and nutrition to help us get through this flu.

Nothing fancy. Just what we had, cooked with what we had.

A little kitchen time, a hot meal, and hopefully enough fuel to get everyone back on their feet.

A MESSAGE FROM THE GARAGE

To all our valued clients, Wanderers, and friends,

We want to sincerely apologize for the delays in the shipping, deliveries, repairs, and other transactions with The Garage over the past few weeks.

The past 30 days of almost continuous rain have created serious logistical difficulties for us. Several roads were closed or flooded, leaving us almost isolated at times. The weather also caused some damage to parts of our workshop, which affected our normal operations.

And just as we were beginning to catch up, the entire TG team has been dealing with a viral flu that has slowed us down even further and affected our ability to move and work at our usual pace.

We know many of you are patiently waiting for your equipment, deliveries, repairs, restorations, and other orders. We have not forgotten any of you.

The whole TG team is doing our best to work through the backlog and get everything moving again, one by one. We ask for a little more patience and understanding while we get ourselves, our workshop, and our operations back in shape.

We truly appreciate everyone who has been patient and understanding during this difficult stretch.
