May delivery ako around 350 km one way (700 km balikan).

Sa takbo ng sasakyan ko, nasa 1 liter = 12 km, kaya malaki talaga ang gastos sa diesel.

Pero sakto… may rollback na ₱20 per liter bukas.

Malaking bagay ito para sa small business tulad namin sa Champ Crust Empanada.

Hindi dahil mayaman sila — kundi dahil alam nila kung ano ang gusto nila.

At meron din namang bumibili kahit hindi naman pinakamaganda o pinaka-special ang product mo.

Hindi dahil sa product… kundi dahil sa ikaw ang nagbebenta.

Sa negosyo, hindi lang produkto ang binibili ng tao.

Binibili nila ang tiwala, ang connection, at ang taong nasa likod ng produkto.

Kaya minsan kahit ordinary lang ang tinda mo, nagiging espesyal sa kanila — dahil sa paraan mo ng pag-aalaga sa customer.

Tandaan:
Ang presyo nakakalimutan.
Ang produkto napapalitan.
