In 2023, we piloted Project Tipon through clothing donation drives, giving pre-loved pieces a new life by sharing them with local communities across Metro Manila.

This year, we’re excited to bring Project Tipon closer to home — and build a circular textile system for Taytay, Rizal.

Taytay’s thriving garment industry produces large volumes of textile waste every day, including fabric scraps, production offcuts, excess materials, and unsold textiles. These materials often end up as waste, contributing to clogged waterways and flooding in some areas.

At the same time, households regularly dispose of clothing that is no longer worn, even when these pieces are still usable and have value.

Project Tipon is bringing back access to recovery and reuse — creating pathways for textiles to stay in circulation instead of ending up in landfills.

We aim to create opportunities for creativity, livelihood, and community development while reducing textile waste.
