We're highlighting a recent Primus installation in Switzerland, located in St. Johann near Basel, where the laundry solution was configured to support the specific operational requirements of the facility and its textile processing workflow.

The installation includes 2x FXB240, 2x FXB280 barrier washer-extractors and 3x TX18HP tumble dryers. The TX heat pump tumble dryers were selected to support the site requirements where exhaust options were limited, with performance data reviewed as part of the solution assessment.

The FXB barrier washer-extractors support hygienic processing for elderly home linen, where separation between soiled and clean sides is an important part of the laundry process. Their footprint and programmable dosing options also help support the facility’s workflow and detergent management requirements.
