‼️Welna Grand Prix Karaage - Shoyu Aji Garlic
(Garlic Soy Sauce Flavor)‼️

📌Preparation:
- 1 bag Karaaga flour mix (100g)
- 100mL (1/2 cup) of water
- 500g of Chicken Thigh (Meat, seafood, and vegetables of your choice)
1. Mix the flour and water in a bowl.
2. Add the bite-sized chicken. Rub the flour into the chicken for 30 seconds and let it sit for 10 minutes.
3. Deep fry (3-4cm of oil depth) the chicken for 3-4 minutes at 170 - 180ºC degree
4. Avoid putting too much meat at the same time to prevent the oil temperature from going down.

‼️NIPPN KARAAGE CHICKEN POWDER

Perfect for making your own chicken Karaage at home

Instructions:
1. Mix 100ml of water with the Karaage flour mix
2. Mix until it becomes a batter.
3. Dip your chicken breast or thighs into the batter and deep fry it in 170-180°C vegetable oil for 4 minutes.
(Batter is good for 500 grams of chicken (2 Chicken Thigh))
4. Fry in very hot oil until crispy
Serve with some Kewpie Mayonnaise or however, you like.
