⚠️ PUBLIC CLARIFICATION & CUSTOMER AWARENESS
I am making this statement to clarify the situation and to protect the reputation of our business, because our name and brand have been publicly associated with a transaction that we were not responsible for.
The person involved was previously a reseller of our products. Her usual arrangement was to request that we prepare her customers’ orders. We would prepare the products and provide photos of the completed orders, which she could then send to her customers.
She was the one communicating directly with her customers and collecting their payments.
In one particular transaction, we were later told that the customer had supposedly not completed the payment and had stopped responding, which was the reason given for the order not being delivered.
However, we later discovered that the customer had actually already made a payment to the reseller. We only became aware of this after seeing the customer’s public post and contacting the customer directly to clarify what had happened.
The customer then provided proof of payment showing that the payment was sent to the reseller and not directly to our company.
Because the transaction involved the LANOLON brand and our warehouse information was also being shown publicly, we had to clarify that we were the supplier and were not the person who collected the customer’s payment.
⚠️ MULTIPLE ONLINE ACCOUNTS / NAMES
We also became aware of multiple online accounts and names being used in connection with the person we previously dealt with as a reseller.
For customer awareness, the accounts/names that have come to our attention include:

We are mentioning these account names for identification and customer verification purposes, especially because different names/accounts may be used when communicating with customers or receiving inquiries and payments.
The name appearing on the payment record provided to us was Rochelle Ro Pelin.
We strongly advise everyone to verify the identity and payment details of the person you are dealing with before sending any money.

Before making any payment for LANOLON products:
• Verify that you are dealing directly with our authorized company account or an authorized reseller.
• Do not rely solely on product photos or screenshots as proof of a legitimate transaction.
• Verify the recipient’s name and payment details before sending money.
• If someone claims to be selling our products, contact us directly to verify their authorization.
• Keep your payment receipts, conversations, order details, and other transaction records.
We are not posting this to create unnecessary conflict.
We are posting this because our business name, brand, and warehouse were publicly associated with a transaction, and we have the right to clarify the facts from our side.
We will not accept responsibility for payments made to unauthorized individuals or accounts.
